Transnational Anti-Organized Crime-Intelligence Group



History

In the year 1997, a group has been respectively founded by the late retired PNP General Dictador Alquiza and retired PA Inspector General Lamberto Saavedra and General Juan Victor Laurilla as a Consultant General for the purpose of intelligence gathering for anti- insurgency, anti-crime, anti-illegal drugs, human trafficking and other forms of crimes. The members consist of retired and active-in-the-service professionals. The members were all submitting the intelligence report they have gathered and to be reported to the high ranking officials.

Until 2014, Bishop Galma T. Arcilla ,became the successor to the organization and decided to register it for legality purposes, Transnational Anti- Organized Crime – Intelligence Group (TAOC-IG) was born and He became the Director General. He established order and system in the organization. Having a military background and heart for intelligence, He made an effort for the organization to be recognized by the United Nations.

In 2015,TAOC-IG has been accredited and affiliated by UNITED NATION DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS (UN DESA) and UNITED NATION CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATION (UNCSO) from here on the organization started and has been invited to attend seminars and conferences. United Nations Inspira, Human Resource Management recognizes HIM as one of the intelligence officer.

September 2 - 4, 2015 Our Director Gen Bishop Galma T. Arcilla and some of the officer of the organization were invited to attend the 16th International Anti Corruption Conference that was held in Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, that provides new idea how to combat graft and corruption and opened an opportunity for Him to have an account in International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) in Lyon France, as an intelligence Officer in which we consistently submit reports even up to present.

On October 26-28, 2015 the organization was recognized for its contribution by the regional headquarters of UNODC in Bangkok, Thailand for submitting accomplishment reports. March 23, 2016, He attended the Asian Legal Business Hong Kong Anti-Corruption Conference together with some men of the organization.

On April 28, 2016. He participated in Asian Legal Anti- Corruption summit held here in the Philippines. The organization consistently and continuously driving its advocacy they have started, to help our beloved country by eradicating graft and corruptions and all forms of crimes against humanity and environment .

ON SEPTEMBER 2 - 4, 2016, HE ATTENDED THE PROCUREMENT ANTI-CORRUPTION TRAINING IN INTERNATIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION ACADEMY, AT LUXENBERG VIENNA AUSTRIA. TO LEARN MORE IN FIGHTING AND ERADICATING GRAFT AND CORRUPTION.

AFTER TRAINING IN IACA, HE DECIDED TO GO TO THE NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS OF UNODC AT VIENNA AUSTRIA TOGETHER WITH OUR MEMBER OF TAOC-IG BASED IN ITALY, TO PERSONALLY MEET SOME UNODC PERSONNEL .

OUR DIRECTOR GENERAL GALMA T. ARCILLA TOGETHER WITH AMBASSADOR GLENNBERT LAZO, DEPUTY AMBASSADOR ELISA LAZO AND LT COL JESSIROSE RIVALES , THE ONLY FILIPINOS AND REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PHILIPPINES WHO ATTENDED THE 18TH INTERNATIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION CONFERENCE (IACC) IN COPENHAGEN, DENMARK ON OCTOBER 22 – 24, 2018. THEME: TOGETHER FOR DEVELOPMENT, PEACE AND SECURITY: NOW IS THE TIME TO ACT
